Thanksgiving Meal Volunteer Form

We will be accepting Volunteers on Wednesday, November 21st for food prep from 9 AM - 2 PM. (Lunch provided)

We will also need volunteers for Thursday November 22nd, Thanksgiving Day for our Thanksgiving Meal.

We have three areas of service options:
1. Volunteers & Servers (Carving Turkeys, Prayer Team, Table Set-up, & Food Service)
2. Bringing a side dish, dessert, hot rolls & butter, or beverage (or just come to participate).
3. Cooking a turkey or ham for our festive dinner!

If you would like to cook a Turkey or Ham for our Thanksgiving Meal the last day to come pick up a Turkey or Ham from us in the courtyard is on Sunday, November 18th, 2018. We will provide you with a Turkey or Ham to cook and we will assign you a recorded Receipt number.  

Please bring the receipt Number and Cooked Turkey or Ham to the Fellowship Hall on Thursday Nov. 22nd, 2018 Thanksgiving Day between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM; fully cooked in a disposable pan, with the giblets boiled or cooked in pan.

If you would like to cook a Turkey or Ham for our Thanksgiving Meal the last day to come pick up a Turkey or Ham from us in the courtyard is on Sunday, November 18th, 2018. We will provide you with a Turkey or Ham to cook and we will assign you a recorded Receipt number.
