Parents & Students – This form is to be filled out by the parent/guardian and read by both guardian and student.
Jr High Ministry has been blessed by a few kind individuals who made a contribution specifically to our ministry and camp. Our goal is to be responsible stewards of God's gifts.
We do not want financial constraints to prohibit a student from attending camp. As a result, we've created this scholarship application. We are fully aware that many families may require financial support and wish to take advantage of the Lord's gift. Kindly have your camper write a brief statement explaining why they want to attend camp and why it is necessary.
We do not have infinite resources, therefore for many years we have offered partial scholarships to increase the number of campers we can assist. Because the cost of camp has increased significantly from prior years, we are increasing the range of our scholarships from 25% to 75%.
Completing this application does not mean the scholarship has been approved. We will notify you when a decision has been made. We will prayerfully consider each application and situation.
