Scholarship Application Form for HSM/JHM Camp. This application does not save your spot at camp. You can register for camp and pay the deposit to save your spot.
Parents & Students – This form is to be filled out by the parent/guardian and read by both guardian and student. HSM + JHM have been blessed by a few kind individuals who made a contribution specifically to our ministry and camp. Our goal is to be responsible stewards of God's gifts. We do not want financial constraints to prohibit a student from attending camp. As a result, we've created this scholarship application. We are fully aware that many families may require financial support and wish to take advantage of the Lord's gift. Kindly have your camper write a brief statement explaining why they want to attend camp and why it is necessary. We do not have infinite resources; therefore, for many years, we have offered partial scholarships to increase the number of campers we can assist. Completing this application does not mean the scholarship has been approved. We will notify you when a decision has been made. We will prayerfully consider each application and situation.
